OPTION 1

To rent a booth: The booths are modular prefabricated spaces, of 6m² (2m x 3m).

Booth equipment and services:

· Standard lettering
· Carpet
· 1 round table
· 2 chair
·

The organization will provide the contact of our regular extra furniture supplier company. (This company has no exclusivity, so, exhibitors are free to use the services of any other one).

The organization offers to exhibitors:

· 4 professional accreditations for the company.
The accreditation provides free entrance to the Professional Area and to indoor concerts in the city of Vic.
· Exhibitors will appear in the MMVV catalogue as exhibitors.

OPTION 2

To rent a table if you are associated member of ARC (Associació de Representants i Mànagers de Catalunya) or Unió de Músics.

To rent a table inside a bigger booth of one of the mentioned associations, you have to proof that you are an active member.

Equipment:

 · One table and two chairs, power supply and a sign with the name of the company
 · The tables will be placed in a booth under the name of its association

The organization offers to exhibitors:

· 2 professional accreditations for the company.
The accreditation provides free entrance to the Professional Area and to indoor concerts in the city of Vic.
· Exhibitors will appear in the MMVV catalogue as exhibitors, under the name of his association.

BOOTH RESERVATION

You can rent the booths through our website www.mmvv.cat

The confirmation of the stand reservation will be done through e-mail. In case you don’t receive the confirmation, please, contact us at: comercial@vic.cat

The applications will only be formally accepted after paying the amount required. You can pay this amount in two times. The first one (which has to be minimum 50% of the whole price) must be paid when the solicitude is accepted, and the second one before September the 1rst of 2011

SET UP AND DISMANTLE SHEDULE OF THE FAIR TRADE

The assembly of stands can be done from Tuesday 13th to Thursday 15th of September of 2012.  
     Schedule: from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 pm. On Thursday 15th, not later than 10.30 a.m.

Dismantle: Sunday 19th, from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m., and Monday 20th from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

SCHEDULE OF PROFESSIONAL AREA

The Commercial Pavilion will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Inauguration of the exhibitor’s area: Thursday the 15th, at 11.00 a.m.
Closure: Saturday the 17th, at 8.00 p.m.

BAR AND RESTAURANT
 
The restaurant service at the professional area will be open from 13 to 17h.

There will be two bars and one restaurant
· Bar located in the centre of the commercial area.
· Bar at the Club MV, which will be one of the Showcase stages during day time.
· Restaurant inside the commercial pavilion.

CLUB MV

This space will be one of the showcase stages during day time, but from 12 p.m. on it will become a meeting point for professionals, musicians and the specialized press.

This is a restricted areafor professionals with accreditation.

Schedule: from 12.00 p.m to 4.00 a.m. from Thursday to Saturday.
